By day, I\u2019m living my dream as a Registered Dietitian. I\u00a0earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas and a Master\u2019s of Science in clinical nutrition with an emphasis in pediatrics and dietetic internship from Saint Louis University. Since starting my career in telephonic healthcare, later moving into corporate wellness, and currently in grocery retail, I have provided hundreds of clients with one-on-one coaching in chronic disease prevention and management, intuitive eating, sustainable weight management, navigating food allergies and intolerances, gastrointestinal disorders and more.<\/p>
By evening, you can usually find me, wine glass in hand, playing with my toddler, gardening, making a mess in the kitchen or learning something new by ways of social media. I\u2019m also a huge foodie so finding a new restaurant or wine bar, or hosting a charcuterie night are my typical go-tos.<\/p>
My goal is to help people explore their relationship with food, build healthy habits and ultimately live a nourished lifestyle in a practical and evidence-based approach. Creating a positive environment around food, mindfulness, and life\u2019s journey are just a few topics I hope to encourage through my page. Because at the end of the day,\u00a0I\u2019m not here to tell you what healthy looks like.
