another week passes us and it was so great to step out of my day-to-day and gain some perspective and be creative in a different way during a work conference. It’s even better heading into a 3-day holiday weekend and taking extra time to be creative and soak in family and friends. Here’s to hoping your weekend and short week is off to a great start!<\/p>

this week I\u2019ve been crushing on a few IG accounts for recipes, workouts, and lifestyle inspro lately and I\u2019m all about sharing so if you\u2019re not already following @ohcarlene<\/a> (another RD keeping it real with #allthescience and beautiful\/approachable food recipes) @healthylittlepeach<\/a> (this southern belle has a voice I could listen to for hours, her kids are the cutest, and her recipes are divine) @college_housewife<\/a> (on of my favorite millennial day Martha Stewarts in the world) and @fitwithasd<\/a> (not only do I love her workouts, and workout clothes but also her style account).\u00a0Now\u00a0go stalk their feeds!<\/p>2. CURRENTLY\u2026<\/strong><\/p>RN\u2026<\/em><\/p>I am prepping for the week ahead after being out for a few days. Building my to-do list of cleaning, laundry, meal prep, catching up on\u00a0emails etc. Soon I will start winding down with my night time routine of washing my face, getting a cup of chamomile tea, putting on my blue light glasses and catching up on a little TV with the hubs. 4. TASTING\u2026<\/strong><\/p>a-a-a-a-ah-alcohol\u2026<\/em><\/p>have you guys ever tried albarino? It’s a white wine with a ton of acidity, medium alcohol, not sweet, not a lot of body and perfect for summer!<\/p>
food\u2026<\/em><\/p>seeing as I was gone half the week I meal prepped stuff for my husband to survive without\u00a0me and I ate whatever was catered. I love seeking out new places to eat to experience the culture, unique cuisine, of a place and\u00a0Chicago has a lot of it (much like a Dallas, Houston, or Austin).<\/p>
5.\u00a0GRACE<\/strong><\/p>show love like Jesus shows us love, through unconditional grace. Show yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, and strangers all the grace and watch how your\u00a0perspective shifts. It’s truly a beautiful thing and we need a lot more of it in this world!<\/p>
6. WELLNESS ROUTINES<\/strong><\/p>this is such a trendy topic that is here to stay for a while I think! I love creating my morning\/nightly\/selfcare\/work\/car ride routines. It helps inspire me to stay focused on a task, grow professionally, create space to be creative, facilitates joy in the small actions of life, etc. How do you practice wellness?<\/p>
